Mini documentary about the bell player of The Hague

Earlier this year my husband/colleague climbed the 300 steps of the tower of the St. James’ Church to take photos of The Hague city center. The tower is not only a scenic viewpoint, it’s also the bell tower that houses the city’s carillon. This musical instrument is played by Gijsbert Kok, the bell player (or carilloneur) of The Hague. It’s obvious from talking with Gijsbert that he has a deep passion for the carillon and his musical profession. So much so that we decided to create this mini documentary about him.
