Recruitment Video Municipality of Haarlemmermeer: An Informal and Proactive Work Culture

We produced a series of personal employee portraits for the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer’s recruitment website. Each participant brought a personal item to the set. This episode features a colleague who brought a microphone. She presents an internal talk show alongside her regular duties. This immediately illustrates the room for personal initiative within the organization.

The video highlights the informal and diverse corporate culture. The employee discusses the practical mentality on the work floor and the celebration of various holidays such as Keti Koti and Eid al-Fitr. This depicts an employer heavily invested in connection and inclusivity.

Professionally, we highlight the unique position of Haarlemmermeer as an independent youth region. The viewer learns how new legislation is quickly translated into practice and how employees collaborate at a high level with ministries and the VNG. This emphasizes the significant social and administrative impact of the role.
