Recruitment Video Municipality of Haarlemmermeer: Opportunities for Young Professionals

We produced a series of personal employee profiles for the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer’s career website. Each participant brought a personal item to the set. This episode features Kevin from the HR department. He brought a pedometer to represent his daily lunchtime walks with the team. This item perfectly captures the welcoming company culture and the value placed on a healthy work environment. Stepping away from the desk provides fresh energy and builds strong connections among colleagues.

The video highlights how the municipality creates real opportunities for young professionals. Kevin originally applied as a student with a background in hospitality. The organization looked past his lack of government experience and immediately put their trust in him. We showcase his seamless career progression from a working student and intern to a full-time professional.
