The municipality wanted to give potential candidates a warm and inviting feeling the moment they visit the site. We opted for an informal setting where the mayor speaks directly to the viewer to build immediate enthusiasm.

In the video, the mayor shares her personal application experience. She discusses her transition to this dynamic municipality and highlights its massive growth ambitions. She furthermore provides applicants with a practical tip on writing a strong motivation letter.

The visuals showcase the open office environment and conclude in the council chamber. The mayor ends with a personal prospect. New employees take their official oath of office directly with her during the introduction days.
