The goal of the video is to stimulate awareness and enthusiasm with the employees about how they can ensure their own employability in the long run by making small changes in their daily lives. The assignment was to produce a fun video that emphasizes the importance of sustainable employability. The video is also being used to promote the companies employer brand with potential candidates.
